Birdie Sponsorship: “Par” plus inclusion on flyers and event materials

Eagle Sponsorship: “Birdie” plus materials in player packs, discounts on a limited # of player packs

Ace Sponsorship: “Eagle” plus advertising potential on Tournament shirts and discs (time sensitive), custom advertising/acknowledgement (call for details to discuss availability).

YPA is a Portland based Non-Profit that is celebrating its 46th year of serving Oregon youth.

The Lunchtime Disc Golf Course is located at 2374 SW Vermont St Portland, OR 97219-9440 on the grounds of the Greater North West Bible Church. Course website here!

This is the first annual F.O.R.E! Youth (Funding Oregon Recreational Experiences) Disc Golf Tournament. Check out their site here.

How to enter:

If you are interested in participating, please print and fill out the registration form, total the amount, and then call Lisa Teuber, Director of Development (503-233-6121 x349) to pay by credit card, or mail a check to the address on the right. Also, please remember to send us the completed form at the address on the right.

Please note: you will not be officially entered until we can confirm that the amount matches up.
